Kansas City, Mo. – Joe Piscatella, national speaker and author of 11 best-selling books, brings his message, Living Healthy in a Doubleburger.Com World, to St. Joseph Medical Center during a free seminar on Wednesday, February 16, at 6:30 p.m.

After having cardiac bypass surgery for aggressive coronary disease at the age of 32, Piscatella dedicated his life to a healthier lifestyle: eating healthier, managing stress, exercising and keeping a positive attitude. That plan continues to work for Piscatella more than 30 years after his bypass surgery.

“You can’t change the cards you were dealt, but you can change the way you play them,” is Piscatella’s philosophy. He has shared his philosophy and experiences with millions of Americans through seminars, books and national television appearances.

Piscatella brings a practical message to his seminars, inspiring the audience to live healthier lives. Daniel Dunker, MD, cardiologist with the Carondelet Heart Institute, joins Piscatella in the presentation and to answer audience questions.

Copies of Piscatella’s books will be available for purchase and after the program, he will be signing copies. Seating is limited for this free event. Make reservations by calling 816-943-2584.
