Teresa Noland, MBA, BSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer for St. Joseph Medical Center.
Teresa joins Prime Healthcare with 25 years of healthcare experience that includes clinical leadership roles in a variety of hospitals and health systems. Over the span of her career, Teresa has demonstrated success in operations management, physician relations, patient safety and quality, and patient experience, building effective teams that are motivated to achieve excellence and drive positive outcomes for patients.
Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a master’s degree in Business with a focus on Healthcare Administration. She is board-certified in Patient Safety (CPPS); Advanced Nurse Executive (NEA-BC); and as a Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
