Kansas City, Mo.—Over 1.8 million men in the United States are survivors of prostate cancer, thanks in large part to annual prostate screenings. This month men can check their screenings off their annual to-do lists when St. Joseph Medical Center offers free prostate screenings on Thursday, April 21, 5-7 p.m., in the Community Center for Health and Education.
Each screening will include an exam by a physician and a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test. These free screenings are by appointment only; call 816-943-2584 to schedule yours.
