Jodie has held leadership roles at multi-hospital systems such as Trinity Health and CommonSpirit Health, where she led significant financial turnaround efforts, system consolidations, and mergers, saving millions through cost control and operational improvements.
She excels in creating financial strategies that drive collaboration, enhance reporting rigor, and build high-performing teams. Jodie’s background also includes strategic financial leadership at Unity Point, North Memorial Health, Mosaic Life Care, CarePro Health Services and ARAMARK Healthcare, where she developed long-term financial plans, improved revenue cycle operations, and led successful system integrations.
