Cardiac Rehab
Saint Mary’s Cardiac Rehab allows people to resume exercise with extra monitoring by a cardiac monitor. In addition, our program offers wellbeing lectures to help with emotional recovery and nutritional choices.

- Are you recovering from a heart attack
- Have received a coronary stent in their heart due to a build-up of plaque
- Are you recovering from open heart surgery
- Have been diagnosed with heart failure
