Steven F. Charochak, D.O.
Steven Charochak, DO, is a Board Certified family physician who has been
practicing medicine for more than 25 years. A certified physician by the
states of Kansas and Missouri, Dr. Charochak completed medical school
at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. He then
served his internship at Botsford General Hospital and his residency at
the University of Missouri. Dr. Charochak has been with KCFMC since 2002.
James A. D'Angelo, D.O.
James D'Angelo, DO, is Board Certified by the ABFP and has been with
Kansas City Family Medical Care since 2008. Dr. D'Angelo graduated
medical school from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic
Medicine and completed his residency at Baptist Medical Center. Certified
by the State Boards of Kansas and Missouri, Dr. D'Angelo is an active
member of the AAFP, MAOFP, AOA and AMA.
Neal A. Erickson, M.D.
Neal Erickson, MD, is a Board Certified family physician who completed
medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
Not only has Dr. Erickson been with Kansas City Family Medical Care since
2002, he's also served as the Sporting Kansas City soccer team physician
since 1995. Dr. Erickson is certified in both Kansas and Missouri and
is an active member of the AAFP and AMA.
Andrea Rose, FNP-C
Andrea Rose, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner here at KC Family Medical
Care. Her philosophy of care is to listen and help. Her practice interests
include family practice, acute care, and chronic disease management for
all ages. She has lived in Kansas City for most of her life. After earning
her Master’s in Public Administration at the University Missouri-Kansas
City (UMKC),she worked for many years developing nonprofit organizations
in the Kansas City area, before pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse
and a nurse practitioner. She would like to help patients achieve their
health goals using evidence-based science, along with common sense, in
healthcare. Her MSN is from UMKC and her BSN is from Research School of
Beth McGinness, FNP-C
Beth McGinness, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family care.
After completing undergraduate and nursing school at Central Missouri
State University, Nurse McGinness began practicing in 2011 and joined
KCFMC in 2014. She is certified by and an active member of the AANP and
is registered by the states of Kansas and Missouri.
